Description: | Compline in Holy Cross - the final event of the village festival on Sunday June 26th at 6pm
With new lighting enhancing the church, compline is a wonderfully reflective and quiet ‘night prayer’ the words of which are from the monastic tradition and have been spoken or sung over many centuries. “The Lord almighty grant us a quiet night and a perfect end”. Indeed, there are no better words with which to complete the 2022 AK village festival. Do come and join us. |
