We welcome enquiries for Baptisms at Holy Cross, St Sampson's, St John's or All Saints. Please read our Baptism Information (pdf) to find out about parents' and godparents' commitments.
If you would like to go ahead with either a Baptism or a Service of Thanksgiving for the Gift of a Child, please either attend a service to talk to the minister (see our calendar for services) or fill in the online baptism application form below.
Before you complete our online application please note:
1.You need to live in Cricklade, Ashton Keynes, Latton or Leigh or have a connection with one of the churches. If that’s not the case – please contact our administrator or Revd Shirley to discuss this further. Use this website to check if you are in one of our parishes: A Church Near You.
2. It is very helpful if you have read our baptism pack (link above) so that you are aware of the commitment which parents and godparents will make and what the christening will include, or you can visit this website: Christenings | The Church of England
We prefer to hold Baptisms during one of our main church services (usually at 10am) so we can welcome the child or adult being baptised (and their family and friends) into the wider church family, but we know that 10 am is an early time in the morning, so we will discuss possible dates and times with you when we meet.
